Ms. Loretta Green is the WOCPSCN founder and Chief Executive Director.     She is past president of the Pan African Chamber of Commerce, and former Executive Director for the Ethiopian Cultural Community Center (Oakland, CA),  Loretta holds a Human Rights Advocate certified by the US Diplomacy and Human Rights Institute, Global Goodwill Ambassador certificate, and member of the Goodwill Ambassadors Foundation.  She has an ABD in social and cultural anthropology, Masters in Humanities and Sports Management, an International Communications certification in Mindful Management Negotiations, and ordained-licensed minister. A postcolonial theorist, she is co-founder of Caribeme Magazine; founder of USF's Sister Connection, founder of  Caribbean Diaspora Professional and Business Association.
